Qingdao Stmeer Fiber Technology Co., Ltd., as an extension of the group's industrial chain, is located in the export processing area on the west coast of Qingdao. It was officially put into operation in 2012, covering an area of more than 100 acres. The project has an investment of 300 million yuan, with the construction of over 70000 square meters of factory buildings and bonded warehouses, and a cotton storage throughput of 60000 tons.
The company mainly engages in international trade of import and export (cotton, yarn, fabrics), bonded logistics and warehousing services, and modern production of air spun yarn. The spinning industrial park has introduced 24 of the world's most advanced fully automatic rotor spinning equipment, the Swiss Rita R60 series, which is Rita's prototype factory in China. After more than 10 years of operation, the company has integrated the upstream raw material resources, standardized and classified raw materials management, and formed a strong production technology team. At present, it has developed into an innovative, research and development oriented, and resource integration oriented service-oriented enterprise that integrates the cotton textile industry chain.
Through in-depth exploration of the market, customers, and products, integration of high-quality factory resources, and continuous research and development of cotton blending technology, our products have become more cost-effective. Our production bases have spread throughout Xinjiang, Ningxia, Hebei and other regions, and we have differentiated production with our Qingdao base to meet different customer needs. Our sales volume has been increasing year by year. At present, there are 80 production lines with an annual production capacity of over 60000 tons and a total annual output value of 1.2 billion yuan.
